Internal Affairs

The Internal Affairs Commission shall have jurisdiction over any matter related to studies on the structure, procedures, administration, and functioning of the House of Representatives; measures concerning the relations of the House of Representatives with the Senate of Puerto Rico and with other branches of government, as well as all those related to efforts aimed at reforming the Legislative Branch; the consideration of resolutions referred by the Speaker of the House of Representatives to conduct investigations, create special commissions, and issue official statements of the House of Representatives; general advice to the Speaker and the House of Representatives on administrative matters; and any other matter delegated to it by the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico or its Speaker.
