The Commission on Reorganization, Efficiency, and Diligence shall have jurisdiction over all matters related to diligence and efficiency in carrying out the functions and tasks assigned to the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as over all governmental efforts to promote integrity and efficiency in the use and management of public funds.
Similarly, it shall have jurisdiction over any matter related to the investigation and accountability regarding the reorganization of the agencies of the Government of Puerto Rico; over any process aimed at determining the effectiveness of all existing laws and laws that should be repealed; and over any matter delegated to it by the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico or its President.
