The Commission on Cooperativism shall have jurisdiction over all matters related to measures aimed at the promotion, organization, supervision, inspection, reorganization, and dissolution of cooperatives; the cooperative movement in its various forms, such as consumer, savings, credit, financing, production, housing, and any other nature, but within the cooperative philosophy. This also includes the study and evaluation of problems and situations that in one way or another affect the stability, development, progress, and well-being of cooperativism; and over any matter delegated to it by the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico or its President.
