The Committee on Labor and Labor Affairs shall have jurisdiction over all matters or legislation related to working conditions, hours and wages, labor-management relations; the training and retraining of workers; services and. career guidance; union training; unemployment and overall job security; prevention of and compensation for workplace accidents and rehabilitation due to workplace accidents; migrant workers; special laws, including those prohibiting all types of employment discrimination; labor matters in general; and any matter delegated to it by the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico or its President.
